4 Products to use DAILY for overall Health!

Hello everyone! I’m super excited to share with you my favourite products for overall health. I basically started taking them six months ago and I seriously see a BIG difference. From my nails, to my hair and skin. 

It took me a while to get in the habit of taking them on regular basis but is so easy because I just add them to my morning smoothies! I have to say that they have help with my energy as well! Before using any of these products, I would recommend checking with your doctor to ensure the product is a good fit for your body. One of the main things that I learned on my Wellness Coach Certification is that every body is a world. 

With that being said, here is a sneak peak of my favourite supplements/products, you can find at Nature’s Fare of any natural store.

Vegan Protein

I know some people are scared to take protein because they think they are going to get “fat” for me, it has work awesome!

I do not consume meat regularly, and even tho I have never heard about having a deficit in protein, I like to maintain my stomach full. I always go for vegan protein, and I especially like this one from Nature’s fare.

Probiotics

They are live microorganism that you can find in some foods like yogurt. They do not only help to nourish and defend your digestive system, but they also great even for allergies and Eczema. Because I do not consume dairy anymore, I like buying my capsules and take them every other day. If I’m having some digestive issues, I do it daily for 2 weeks.

Chia

I found about chia long time ago, as my mom used to put it on the lemonade. These little seeds used to be taken by our mayan’s ancestors to boost their energy. They would eat them before having to walk from city to city. I do believe in the power of these seeds, and I have my kids as proof LOL! I used them regularly in their smoothies too!

Collagen

This thing has changed my life. I started taking collagen 2 months ago, and my nails were all broken. They were so weak and unhealthy, and now they won’t stop growing! Collagen is not only responsible for helping our skin and make us look younger but it also strengthens our bones, ligaments, and tendons!
