Happy Belated Wellness Global Day everyone! As you know, I started this blog sharing my tips from my Wellness Coach certification. Health and wellness has always being a big topic in my life.
This year, I was lucky enough to be invited by the Four Seasons Whistler to celebrate with them!
They are running some special classes created on the mantra that “one day can change your whole life”. You can enjoy some Yoga, Home-made body scrub, palates, Zumba and more from June 8-19.
This was my first ever four seasons experience and they completely WOW me! Let me start with their customer service team make you feel soo VIP! They are so friendly and attentitive, always making sure you are happy.
Their amazing facilities make you feel like you are in a castle, and don’t let me start talking about the SPA.
I invited my friend Nicole, so we can had some girls time. The first thing we did was to hit the gym. If you watched my insta stories, I’m sure you saw how amazed I was with the technology of their machines LOL! After that we decided to hit the SPA. Their steam room, their showers, everything it’s just so nice!
When we were done it was time to hit the pool. We were greated with “Happy Wellness Global Day” and some delicious smoothies. Their pool area it’s just the best!
We had the opportunity to enjoy some delicious lunch and meet some of their team members. They recommended us to have the salmon sashimi, and they were so right. That thing was melting in our mouths.
After our lunch we decided to try their Conscious Breathing Class (Which I think it was a bad idea after all the food we ate lol!) and at the beginning I thought it sounded boring, but it ended up being such an amazing experience. It was like having a massage.
If you are planning a girls trip or a romantic getaway, I truly recommend you to save some money to experience this place!
