How to Pamper yourself​ this Fall

As most of you know, I don’t take as much “me time” as I would like to. Between my full-time job, trying to run my own business, kids, etc. It feels that I never have enough hours on the day (or I don’t make it).

One of the top reasons why I love living in Vancouver, it is that we get to truly enjoy every season. Fall it’s one of my favourite ones because the weather it’s not hot or cold, it’s just perfect. Love the magic of pumpkin everything and the fun of Halloween. I think it is the perfect season to slow down and do some self-care, physically and mentally.

Believe me, you don’t have to go and pay that super expensive massage at the Fairmont to effectively treat yourself, here are some tips that I’ve been doing and love it.

Dermaplanning

I read about this treatment at Jillian Harris and I was so curious about it! So, when my friend Crystal from the beauty perfectionist reach out to me to see If I wanted to give it a try, I said YES! It’s so pain-free and my face looks so clean and flawless afterwards!

Diffuser/Candles

You know how obsessed I’m with these! I absolutely love my diffuser from Finlandia health, as I think it goes in every space of my house! My favourite essentials oils are lavender and clary sage!

Pizza and Series

Yes, a little indulges hasn’t hurt anybody. Little Ceasars it’s our to go to when it comes to a nice takeout. Now, talking about series, I’ve been watching “this is us” and I’m obsessed about it. What I think I like the most about these series, is that every episode leaves you with a great life message. If you want to give it a try, make yourself a favour and get some Kleenex because you are going to need them lol!

Music and exercise

I’m super into Spotify and morning run lately! I seriously get lost in the music and I feel perfect afterwards! I know maybe this won’t sound like pampering for some of you, but for some of us that we do not have lots of times for exercise and truly enjoy it, it does feel like a break of cleaning/kids lol!
